What it does not do, and why it matters for PHC
SingleOps' own tree care and PHC page lists tree inventory, estimating, scheduling, work orders, check-out, and training. It does not list diagnosis, treatment selection, rates, or label checks, because it does not do them. So the PHC tech still looks at the tree, decides it is scale from experience, pulls a rate from a label PDF in the truck, and the office puts "Dinocide, 10 inch magnolia" on a work order. Nothing checked whether the host is on the label, whether the timing window is open, or whether the tree was already injected this year.
That check is the part PHC Rx runs, and it runs before the client sees a price. The rate comes from the calculator, off the label table, not off memory.
