PHC Rx compared with tree care software
Honest comparisons of PHC Rx with Arborgold, SingleOps, ArborNote, Granum, and ArboStar: pricing, plant health care features, and who each one fits.
How these comparisons work
Each page takes one office system that shows up in the tree care software roundups and says what it does well, what it leaves to a text field, what it costs from its own pricing page, and how PHC Rx sits beside it. The vendor gets a fair description; where a price is not published we say so instead of guessing. Facts are dated and re-checked quarterly.
Start with the best tree care software roundup if you have not picked an office system yet. It rates eight tools by job: scheduling and routing, estimates and invoicing, crews and fleet, compliance, and the treatment decision. The tree care software pricing page lists every published plan with worked totals for a solo operator and a five-person office. The "alternative" pages are for companies already on one tool and wondering what they are missing.
What PHC Rx is not
A scheduler, a dispatch board, a payroll tool, or a CRM. If the comparison you need is Arborgold against SingleOps on those jobs, the vendor demos will answer it better than we can. These pages answer the other question: once the office runs, who decides what goes in the tree, and where is that decision written down.
FAQ
Questions arborists ask
Which tree care software is best?
For the office, the one whose scheduling and invoicing your office manager likes; the roundup rates eight by job. For the treatment decision, nothing on the office shelf does it, which is the gap PHC Rx fills.
Is PHC Rx an Arborgold alternative?
Only for the plant health care part. Companies on Arborgold keep scheduling and invoicing there and run PHC Rx alongside by job number. The Arborgold page shows the split.
Where do the prices come from?
Each vendor's own pricing page on the date shown. When a vendor quotes only after a demo, the page says "not published" rather than estimating.
Does PHC Rx integrate with these tools?
With Jobber, two-way. With the others, by job number today and through the REST API and webhooks if your office system can call one.
