Where it fits
A specimen tree with a sap-feeding or boring pest that comes back every year: hemlock woolly adelgid, magnolia scale, bronze birch borer, Japanese beetle on a linden. Injected in April or May it is in the canopy when the pest arrives and it holds the season. On a tree with an emergency in July, dinotefuran moves faster; on a two-year borer program, emamectin lasts longer. Imicide is the middle of the range and the one on most trucks.
